Electricity

Electricity is like God in some ways. You can’t see it all around you in the home, but it’s there. You miss it when it has gone out. You use it all the time and usually take it for granted. You can’t muck around with it – you have to treat it with respect because it is enormously powerful. Humans can’t handle some things that are too powerful – they can’t get too close or it will blow them away.

Every time you use electricity today, think of God, listen to God, or thank God.

Hi There Tom,

I recently picked up a copy of The Fridge and now, after seeing your site, am thinking that it might be the source of some "homework" in our Young Adults Group. Kinda makes me want to start my own blog with a similar sort of theme (my current one is about my crafty stuff that i make, not really God stuff if you know what i mean!)

Tom, Loved the example of our powerful God as electricity - perhaps too simplistic, but makes one think - he is always with us - we are the ones who must decide to come to Him - free will.

I would be honored if you visited my website: http://www.joyfulexpressions.us
Working on a new cross stitch design for weddings and anniversary s that is personalized. Congrats on your engagement!
